Pilot terms

These terms apply to invited, non-commercial testing of Volcoupon. They do not offer a public subscription or a production service.

1. Responsible operator

2. Private pilot

Access is by invitation only, for evaluation and feedback. There is no charge, payment collection, automatic renewal or obligation to purchase. A future commercial service would require separate information and terms.

3. Permitted testing

Use only an explicitly approved test website that you own or are authorised to administer. Do not connect a client’s live store or submit customer details, payment details, real orders or sensitive personal information. Use fictional campaign and coupon data. Do not put personal information into campaign names, channel labels or coupon codes.

4. Store access and changes

Registering this app does not connect a store. Any test connection needs a separate Squarespace authorisation. Do not authorise permissions beyond the agreed test scope. Store changes remain disabled unless a specific, limited test is separately agreed. Removing discounts from Squarespace is unavailable in this pilot. Archiving a campaign in Volcoupon does not invalidate a store’s codes.

5. Experimental results

Features, availability and test data may change during development. A preview may use simulated information. Coupon-use observations and assigned channel groups are not proof of a visitor’s traffic source or a guaranteed sales outcome. Do not rely on the pilot for live promotions, financial reporting or operational decisions. Keep independent copies of information you need; an export is not a complete store backup.

6. Appropriate use

Do not share access credentials, attempt unauthorised access, bypass test limits or use the pilot for spam, fraud or unlawful promotions. Access may be suspended to protect a store, investigate a fault or end testing. You may stop participating at any time and revoke any test authorisation in Squarespace.

7. Privacy and withdrawal

The privacy policy explains processing during this pilot. Contact 99djohansson@gmail.com to ask about test records, withdraw from the pilot or request deletion. Revoking a connection and deleting local test records are separate actions; neither promises to remove resources in Squarespace.

8. Independent service

Volcoupon is an independent project. Squarespace and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. App registration does not imply endorsement, partnership or approval by Squarespace. Your use of third-party services remains subject to their own terms.

9. Rights and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Swedish law applies, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Contact the operator first to resolve a concern. Material changes to testing conditions will be communicated before they apply to continued testing.
