Privacy policy
This notice covers these legal-information pages, contact correspondence and the invited Volcoupon pilot. It does not describe an open commercial service.
1. Who is responsible?
Johansson, Sweden. Contact: 99djohansson@gmail.com. The operator is responsible for the personal information used to administer access, respond to enquiries and secure the pilot. No production-store or customer-data processing is authorised by this notice.
2. Information used
- Website delivery: the hosting provider processes technical request information, such as IP address, requested URL, time and browser/network details, to deliver and protect these pages. Volcoupon does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, contact forms or its own visitor-log database to these pages.
- Contact and access: your email address, information you choose to send, and access or authentication events needed to administer the private pilot. Please do not email passwords, access tokens or customer records.
- Authorised test connections, if established: test-site identifiers and basic site settings, granted permissions and encrypted connection tokens; fictional campaign names, channel labels, coupon records and observed test-code use. These can become personal information if linked to an identifiable operator or if you put personal details in them.
The pilot does not request access to store customers or orders. It does not use information for advertising, sell personal information, or make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Information is used to provide the requested test access, manage agreed evaluation activities and answer related requests, where necessary for the testing arrangement. Limited technical and security information is processed for the legitimate interests of keeping the service safe, preventing abuse and diagnosing faults, while considering your rights. Records may also be processed when necessary to comply with a legal obligation or handle a legal claim. Optional future uses will not be introduced silently under this notice.
4. Providers and international processing
Cloudflare provides hosting, access protection and storage for the pilot. Contact emails are handled through Gmail, provided by Google. Squarespace processes its own account and authorisation information when you interact with its services. Information may be processed outside Sweden and the European Economic Area. Applicable transfer safeguards and provider terms must be observed; Cloudflare publishes its data processing addendum, and Google publishes its privacy policy. Contact the operator for information about the arrangements relevant to your request.
5. Cookies and local storage
These legal pages do not set application cookies or use browser storage. The separate protected pilot may use essential access/session cookies, an OAuth security cookie and locally stored interface preferences. These support sign-in, security and your chosen display settings; they are not used here for advertising.
6. Retention
Contact and pilot records are kept only as long as needed for the enquiry, active testing, investigation of identified faults or applicable legal requirements. Necessity is reviewed when an enquiry closes, participation ends or the pilot ends. Deletion requests are assessed individually, and a limited record may be retained where required by law or needed for a specific legal claim. Provider-managed technical records and backups follow the applicable provider retention arrangements. This notice does not promise automatic deletion of resources in a connected Squarespace account.
7. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send requests to 99djohansson@gmail.com; identity may need to be verified using proportionate information. Requests will be handled within the deadlines required by applicable law.
You may complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or another competent supervisory authority. The IMY guide to individual rights provides more information.
8. Changes before wider testing
This notice will be reviewed before admitting a wider audience, adding permissions, introducing customer/order information or launching a paid service. Material changes will be communicated to affected participants.
